Comprehensive evaluation from the price effect and so on. When I ordered in early October, the original price was 465.74 yuan, with a 15% discount of 69.86 yuan, and after applying a coupon code of 19.79 yuan, the total cost came to 432.5 yuan including tariffs and freight. Regarding the effect, I had been working out for a year, eating only three to four eggs after exercise. While my muscles were firm and body fat reduced, muscle dimensions didn't change much. After a month of consuming a protein powder, the results are promising; I've seen significant growth in thigh, pectoral, and dorsal muscles. Shoulder training has also improved after previous injuries. Overall, the results are impressive, affordability is good, and I'd recommend it highly!

The effect is still very good. After eating for a month, I've indeed gained weight, which is quite effective. However, it can cause some irritation, and I've experienced nosebleeds, so I need to be cautious.
